Referral Awards Program

We’ll Pay you for your referrals...

Refer a client to F.O.G. Cosmetics for any of the following and receive cash:
Fashion Show * Wedding * T.V./Video Shoot * Photo Shoot * Film Project etc…

• You will receive $25 for any of the above contracted services $150.00 or more booked and paid for.  The referring party’s name must be stated at the time of the booking.
• You will receive $50 for any of the above contracted services $300.00 or more booked and paid for. The referring party’s name must be stated at the time of the booking.
• You will receive $75.00 for any of the above contracted services $750.00 or more booked and paid for. The referring party’s name must be stated at the time of the booking.
• You will receive $100 for any of the above contracted services $1800.00 or more booked and paid for.  The referring party’s name must be stated at the time of the booking.

Only one person is eligible for the referral payout per booking, and must be the person named at the time of the booking. All payouts will be sent out within 15 days after the service is performed and paid for.  F.O.G. Cosmetics reserves the right to change or remove this program at any time.

Professional Pricing

To qualify for Professional Pricing please complete the following.

1. If you have not previously created a F.O.G. Cosmetics store accounts please do so here.
2. E-mail or fax one of the following:
   • Hair or Makeup Union Card
   • Cosmetology or Esthetician License
   • Tear Sheet with credit
   • An on-line portfolio link with makeup images

Our online product prices will be adjusted once you log into your account.
